We have been using their services for several years now, and their staff is always friendly and prompt. What used to take a week or two, now gets finished in less than 10 minutes. I would absolutely suggest their services to any business that is required to destroy documents after the legal time frame has lapsed.On a side note, they also let you keep secure recycling bins which can be locked. This allows you to use their services when it is convenient for you, rather than the other way around.
