Pulp Shred service was quick and efficient. We dropped off our materials, were provided a quick tour of the small facility with an in depth explanation of how the system works, and their efforts to ensure 100% recycle, right down to the pulp dust from their filtering system. The cost is acceptable. Destruction certificates are provided. Receipts are provided, and the 2 staff we got to meet in person were exceptional at customer service. We will be back next year with our file destruction needs for our business.

I have switched to Pulp Shred recently because the other big shredding company our office used lack of customer service, delay in responding, did not have a system to renew contacts and made mistakes on invoices.I highly recommend Pulp Shred as they provide excellent pre- and post-sale services. The pricing is very reasonable and matches most competitors. The driver who delivered the bin was very friendly and was careful not to hit any walls or furniture. Please support local companies.

Purging many years of documents I dreaded trying to shred them all at home. When the local UPS could not help me, I called up Pulp Shred who within a few minutes helped me unload several garbage bags full, and had them all securely shred in no time and at a reasonable price. The staff members I interacted with were very personable and give me the confidence that I could recommend their services to my family & friends.

We were with another company but their service has gotten worst, so we finally decide to look for a new company to do our shredding service. Pulp Shred was the best choice! They have given us a way better rate and also price matched the storage boxes with lid that we usually purchase from different company, and Pulp's was a better quality and it was good to know that they are environmental friendly. The service is always great, the people is very professional and friendly.They also drop off a Christmas gift which was very thoughtful.
